The Best Hockey Training & Hockey Camps Available
The Hockey Development Center (HDC), located in downtown Lakeville, offers 24,000 square feet of the most advanced hockey skills training program available. Using the technology and skills training programs of Total Hockey Training Systems, the Hockey Development Center places its training focus on the most crucial skills necessary to the game of hockey: quick hands, quick feet, hockey vision and multi-tasking.
Offering on and off-ice training programs, no other hockey training program offers the depth and breadth for specific skills development. Created by former NHL players, Division 1-3 college players and hockey parents passionate about the future of hockey, we take pride in sending each kid home "with a sweat and a smile."
We encourage coaches, parents and kids to visit our facility and observe our training program. We have every confidence you'll be impressed with our facility, the training technology and our coaching staff.
Off-Ice Hockey Skills
Created by former NHL player and NCAA coach, Dean Talafous, the off-ice training of our program is called the "Total Hockey Training Center." Training stations are each designed to build specific skills sets and offer the player immediate feedback to encourage improvement. Even more, Total Hockey has designed an industry-leading database to benchmark each player's performance and improvement.
On-Ice Hockey Skills
Our 130' by 64' ice arena offers a smaller-than-standard rink design to intentionally speed up the game, improve response times and challenge each player to their full potential.
